Introduction	Luke was born on November 25, 2004 with a complicated condition called CHARGE Syndrome, causing many medical problems and life-long struggles and impairments. He also survived a life-threatening illness after birth called Group B Strep. Our tough little man has overcome many obstacles in his life already, and despite his rocky start, he continues to show us every day just how strong and determined he is.
