| Introduction | "Sustainable Architecture and Design in the World Today" Location: Abell & Associates On Site Advisor: James Abell BASIS Advisor: Tatiana Kolesikova For my senior research project, I am interning at Abell & Associates, an architecture firm in Tempe. For 6 weeks (Feb. to March), I will be studying connections through modern architecture, and also how the industry is adapting to the public concern with the green movement. For the final product, I will be creating 2D sketches and a 3D model of a sustainable, affordable, and aesthetically agreeable house for Tucson. I hope to accomplish these design goals, get a feel for the field, and flesh out some brain. |
