| Introduction | I've written over a dozen nonfiction children's books. My experience teaching elementary school for many years has helped me to understand kids and how to write for them. My favorite books are the biographies I've written. I'm also revising a middle-grade novel, for kids 9-12 and will soon start submitting it. Besides writing, I love photography and have sold many photos with my articles and books. I also love birding, scrapbooking, travel and camping. I've been to all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. I live in the small rural city of Greenville, Ohio with my cat, Oz, who rules the roost. |
