| Introduction | I garden, I cook, I paint, I glue paper scraps together, & I am Iris' mama. Iris & I live in a tiny cottage in rural Western Massachusetts a few miles from the Vermont border with my husband & Iris' dad (Owen), our red tick coon hound dog (Walt), grey tiger cat (DustyRose), & a crazy Americana rooster (Bourdain) & a small flock of chickens. I am getting used to being a new mama to my girl. I used to think about food, c0ok, draw, & collage a lot, & I'm still trying to find the space for those things in my new mama-life. I love to draw my little chosen family, & our meals & our garden. I'm working towards producing as much of my own food as I can. I don't have much money, but I appreciate good food & nice things & I attempt to achieve my culinary & artistic goals as cheaply as possible. It's an adventure. Use what you have, y'all. |
