| Introduction | My experience in software development covers a bunch of positions in both rank and file and management roles. I've been working in quality assurance, software development, design, support and implementation teams. I've been managing different teams from small group of testers up to ERP system development department. I've spent most of my career working on enterprise and carrier grade systems, but I've also played some roles in startups. Being a part of software development process is both great learning and great fun for me, yet sometimes it's quite challenging. |
