Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
because here in my country, wearing scarf is like staying in the oven! heller!! i'm living in a tropical island! unless it's rainy season or the aircondition is turn to super duper high cool, then i would probably wear a scarf!!
