About me

Introduction	I am the mother of three and have been happily married to my gregarious “rock-star” husband, Big-Time Dave, for many years. We live in the Great Northwest, to which I am perfectly suited. I have authored two novels -- Bianca’s Vineyard and A Year in the Company of Freaks – and am currently penning a third. My “day job” as a reporter for BCN is both a joy and a godsend. On the side, I am what they call a “scratcher” – that is, a fiddler/violinist who loves to mess around jamming with other musicians. My Twitter username is a clue to one of my strongest personality traits: intrepidwriter. My pet peeves are negativity, fatalism, gossip, and drivers who hog the passing lane on the interstate.
