| Introduction | My daughter and I both are gluten free and mostly dairy free. When I first found out our family was going to be eating gluten free I felt overwhelmed. On my first shopping trip I came home feeling frustrated and broke! It was so hard to read labels and all the specialty items were so expensive. I decided to create this blog to help others in their quest to be gluten free without draining the bank account while still enjoying great tasting food! |
