| Introduction | I like Pies with Henderson's relish on, I like Big Macs, Marmite, white zinfandel, jack Daniels, stollen cake, Duck chow main, Tea with the limey water we have in these parts, espresso in the morning, I like blueberry juice, Alpen and oh yes, a proper bacon, egg and tomatoe sandwich. I like walking and climbing, I like sleeping outside in the summer in my tent near the beach so I can go for a good walk in the morning, I like a good Camping Barbecue. (have you tried the Cobb? google it, its fantastic) I like South Africa, Namibia and Western Australia, I love India and Turkey. Did I mention that I like Topics? and Fox's jam rings? I like Karl Popper, of course all the know all academics don’t like him, he tells then what they don’t want to hear. I like his mate Hayek, the economists hate him too, I think he is truly great. If I could have any two people dead or alive around for Dinner, that would be David Hume and Immanuel Kant, somewhere between these two people lies truth, in so much as we can have it. |
