Introduction I was born in Liverpool, UK. Studied for diploma in Art and Design at Liverpool College of Art and Design, Hope street. MA Fine Art with distinction at Liverpool Academy of Art and Design in 2010. From 2000 worked towards setting up of OK Studios/Cross Street Arts and Gallery, an artists studio group based in Standish, Wigan, whilst persuing my own career in fine art. Currently chair and recently retired as director of the studio group. Next exhibition will be a collaborative project with artist Paula Lucas, 'Paula and Jane's Emporium of Curious Objects' 12th Sept to 12th October 2012 at Cross Street Gallery, Cross Street, Standish WN6 0HQ. Also collaborating with Leeds based artist Kathryn Oubridge to organise and curate [Dis]Connect 2012, a selected exhibition to take place concurrently in Leeds and Wigan during November2012.
