| Introduction | During University and whilst working as a Service Designer, I have come to an understanding that the Designer may not necessarily be the only creative thinker. What I believe is central to the role of the designer within a multidisciplinary team is facilitating creativity - manipulating it into an innovative solution. This viewpoint acted as a springboard for my PhD research, which started in September 2010. |
