Introduction	Welcome! My name is Carmen Rabbitt-Davis and I'm a home cook who loves to make healthy and delicious grain free food. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease almost 10 years ago and two years ago I made the jump from gluten free to grain free. I've never felt better and I have so much more energy and vigor for life. My sweet husband and chihuahua are also on a grain free diet and they love it too! I love comfort foods (brownies, pizza, macaroni and cheese...yum) but the store bought "gluten free" substitutes were disappointing. Many of my recipes are creative substitutes for these foods without the refined sugar and grains. Enjoy!
