| Introduction | Several years ago, when the whole "blogging" craze began, I always thought "this is a really cool way to reach the masses... but I ain't ever gonna to put my personal life out like that" (pardon me, I just had a Betty Wright moment). That was, until I discovered Sisterlocks. Prior to my "Sisterlock dicovery" I had made at least three separate and failed attempts at going natural. Each time my liberation was preempted by the TWA (Teeny Weeeny Afro) and I just couldn't handle it (okay, so I'm little vain...). After reading a number of fabulous blogs in addition to visiting and joining a few very supportive and informative groups I embarked upon my own Sisterlock Journey on Monday, January 29th of 2007 and have loved and embraced every step. It is my intent to share the finer points of this incredible journey as well as some insights into this beautiful thing I call my life. Join me, won’t you… |
