As CEO, he leads an association that supports more than 20,000 real estate professionals across Central Florida. ORRA operates with an annual budget exceeding $13 million and provides services in education, professional standards, advocacy, international partnerships, and business development. Before joining ORRA, Realtor Cliff Long from Orlando had more than two decades of leadership experience in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Throughout his career, he has worked to improve financial stability, strengthen governance, and expand services that benefit association members. His leadership approach focuses on clear strategy, responsible budgeting, and measurable outcomes. During his time at ORRA, membership increased from approximately 14,500 to more than 20,000. The association also became the fastest-growing mega association in America during the COVID-19 period, growing by 11.5 percent in 2020. |
