Introduction Vincents' family was victims of the Holocaust and the concentration camps. His farther escaped persecution and was in the resistance, eventually joined the British army and was de-mobbed in 1948 with the George Cross and many other medals. However he lost uncle the extermination camps. His family still bear the marks.Vincent has contributed and delivered visual culture - art based projects. Achievements: Human Rights Commission- Saatchi Gallery. Worked as an educator delivering visual culture projects around disability/humanitarian issues. Worked p/t for the Holocaust education trust. University of the West of England, Bristol BA degree in Illustration. PGCE. University of Plymouth: Qualifying (QTS) Art and Design teacher in the UK. (PG Dip) in Art Education from Plymouth University.(Secondary /High school) MA Ed. University of Plymouth, Masters awards. Studied at: Bournemouth Institute of Art:Film and Animation and trained in cinematography. He was involved, as an undergraduate, in making films that have won prizes and gained awards at: Raindance Film Festival, Anecy Animation Festival.
Interests Vincent has given: Workshops, Public art, Private commissions, and Visual arts consultancy. Worked/works p/t in Cinematography, 3D Animation and VFX, Education. San Francisco arts festival: Music & Vidieo production. San Francisco, California. -Artist relations-. Educational, humanitarian and art based projects.
Favorite Movies Avatar, Star Trek, Alien, Star Wars, Most Sci-Fi and Cult classics like, Taxi Driver Easy Rider and the odd period drama. Plus of course Monty Python stuff.
Favorite Music Classic and old school like Boston. The Who. Queen. Bowie. Steel pulse. Curtis Mayfield. Too many to say.
Favorite Books Isaac Asimov. The whole Foundation sagas. Terry Practhett, all the Discworld novels. Stieg Larsson and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, played with fire and the Hornet's nest.
