| Introduction | Life was beautiful, until it wasn't. In 2018, my world came crashing down on me with the sudden illness and death of my husband of 44 years - my Big Kahuna - George. He was 67, and gone too soon. I wasn’t ready to say goodbye. But a rare, incurable cancer diagnosis didn’t give us a choice.
