| Introduction | As so many people have clicked on this profile I thought I had better tell you who I am! I am a retired journalist, having worked all my life in newspapers, the last 30 years of my career at The Daily Telegraph, where I ended up as Night Editor before retiring in 2016. I find playing golf much harder than producing a national newspaper but I will persevere until I get my handicap down.
