| Introduction | I have taken up cake decorating and have been studying various new techniques and recipes in order to make beautiful and delicious cakes. I love being creative and getting really involved in any cake that I make! To me there is no such thing as a small cake, because everyone wants it to be something special, customized just for their event! So I take every cake I make very seriously! I love working with fondant and creating edible decorations! I also really enjoy painting on fondant! Also, for those that say that fondant tastes gross well, you haven't tried my fondant:) |
