Introduction	I live in sunny So Cal with my husband. We homeschool our 5 kids. We are a Christian, all-american, multi-cultural family. Our children have a very rich heritage. I love to read, camp, try new recipes, and spend time with my family. This blog is a record of events and learning experiences in our family's life. The world is our classroom and our teacher is our Savior Jesus Christ

Favorite movies	Most of my favorite movies are science fiction such as Star Wars and Star Trek. I also love Soul Surfer, The Princess Bride, Its a Wonderful Life, and Little House on the Prairie (TV series).
Favorite music	My favorite spiritual music is a compilation of songs by Lance Reader and Collette Devy. I love that music and hope to someday run across a CD. I also love Journey.
Favorite books	I love to read. My favorite fiction books are The People of Sparks,The Hunger Games, Gregor the Overlander, The Outsiders...really too many to mention.
