| Introduction | I am an award winning cake sculptor based out of Orlando Florida. Along with being a Food Network Challenge winner, my sculptures have been on display in art galleries and museums. I sculpted a John Lennon cake for the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando, created a life-size fashion model cake live at the Tampa Festival of Chocolate and sculpted cakes live for organizations like the National Association of Catering Executives. |
