| Introduction | I became a believer in "love at first sight" when they placed my daughter Olivia in my arms 3 yrs ago. My daughter has given me the greatest moments of my life. She makes me laugh a lot and often leaves me speechless (which is not an easy task). I have a weakness for good tasting food and although I have a mesomorph body type I am currently skinny fat and long to get back to my pre-mommy body. For those reasons I decided to blog about my mommy moments, obsession with food and my journey to revive my inner fitness junkie without feeling guilty for taking time away from my daughter.
