Favorite music	Moody Blues, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Kinks, The Who, Cream, The Animals, War, The Band, Strawberry Alarm Clock, Tally Hall, Roxy Music, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and so much more.
Favorite books	The Dune series including all subsequent subseries, the Great Works by JRR Tolkein, many books by Tom Clancy, Barack Obama's books (yes I read them and no I don't see what so many claim to see as issues and yes happily I voted for him), "Faith of My Fathers" by John McCain - a true American hero, "The Ugly American" by William J. Lederer and Eugene Burdick (how American hubris overrode American reason in the early days of Viet Nam), and many many more.
