| Introduction | My name is Fleur. I live in the greater Portland area with my husband, thirteen year old son and two fuzzy cats. I have a degree in nursing from the University of San Francisco and was an ICU nurse for about thirteen years. Then, after a series of unfortunate events, five back surgeries and two hip surgeries, I could no longer do the career I loved. I suffer from chronic pain and disability. I travel through reading. I take one day at a time, and sometimes one hour at a time. I’m not a professional writer but do so for pleasure. My goal for this blog is to stimulate thought and discussion about books, tv and maybe even a movie or two. Blessings to you all. |
