Introduction	CompWOD is a weekly challenge for the "hard rolls" of CFDV to test themselves against each other. The challenge will be posted on Tuesday and athletes will have until Sunday to post results. The challenges will be created by participants on a rotating schedule. All challenges should be short (10 minutes MAX) and should never be so strenuous that they derail regular programming.
