| Introduction | I am a designer, fiber artist, and certified knitting instructor. I have spent the last 3 years at Brown Sheep Co. doing what I would call my "higher education" and "earning my stripes" by teaching classes and workshops, managing the store, giving tours, and learning the inner workings of the manufacturing end of this industry. Since the beginning of this adventure, my dream was big: to be completely self-supported by knitting and fiber art. In March of 2011, I took the next step in that process by setting out on my own. I will continue to market my classes and offer a wide range of group and private workshops. I am also working towards publishing my own design work and patterns. |
