Introduction	I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to running. I took it up last year as part of training to complete my first triathlon, and I guess I got hooked. I prefer to run on trails, but I'm working on my first road marathon, so I'll be spending a lot of time on the pavement this summer. This blog is meant to be a training journal of sorts.
