Introduction	The University of the Arts Retail & Luxury Goods Club was founded in 2011 by postgraduate students of London College of Fashion’s Management cluster, with the aim to educate and engage students across the University of the Arts London colleges. The club draws insights from the rich research coming out of colleges and aims to cover topics and issues relevant to the luxury market in all facets of the business, from the creativity applied to the design of luxury products to product development, brand management, production, distribution, and promotion. This is achieved through an exploration of the dynamic and unique characteristics, opportunities, and challenges of the luxury industry, looked at from an academic as well as an industry standpoint.
