You've been invited to a fancy ball but the only thing you have to wear is an orange wooly jumper. What shoes do you wear?
First, I would take the curtains down from the library and make a full-length, circle skirt with enough material to balloon out because of the full crinolines underneath. Then I would put on my striped toe socks that have smileys on the big toes! THEN, I would put on my Purple Wellies that have pink and white polka dots. Don't forget the Tiara!
