| Introduction | My name is Joe Adams. I am a lifelong Christian from a Christian family. I have a BS in biblical studies from Moody Bible Institute. I met my wife, Karen through church and we married in 2007. In 2013, we were blessed with the birth of our daughter, Grace. Son Tim was born in 2017. Karen is an experienced barista, and has also worked in customer service, customer data analysis and food service. She also is an awesome cook who loves to entertain and share her culinary art. I’m a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor who is addicted to flying. I also have a degree in Aviation Maintenance from Portland Community College (PCC) and am an FAA certified A&P mechanic. Since 2017, our family has been a part of Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF), a non-profit organization that brings the love of Jesus to isolated people so that they may be physically and spiritually transformed. We currently work for MAF and live in Maseru, Lesotho, Formerly, I was a business director for a company which is involved in contract service testing of biological materials for the veterinary and pharmaceutical industries. I have also worked as a flight instructor. |
