Introduction	I am a 41 year old who lives in Chalfont PA. My fiancé Erica and I just moved into our dream house and life is good! I have 3 beautiful daughters who live with their mother down the road in Horsham PA but stay with good ol' dad and Erica often. I am in sales for IBM; a job which affords me the ability to work at home and jump out for a run or a bike at lunchtime. I am 6'4" and have been into athletics my entire life, but have always struggled with running. Athletically speaking I have never been great at anything, but good at everything. And so when I decided that I wasn’t even good at running I was crushed. That is why I am so motivated to document this journey into a (hopefully) successful running lifestyle!
