| Introduction | Hi! My name is Beatriz! I created this blog because I absolutely LOVE FOOD!!!... I live and breath it and when I'm not cooking or eating. I am thinking or dreaming of what to eat or cook. Well I am not a chef or a certified one at the most but I consider myself one great COOK! I grew up in a world of food, where I ate homemade meals everday. My mother was as passionate or even more about food than I. She was a phenominal cook! You name it and she could cook it... Needless to say, I was making omelets at age 8 and baking cakes too.
