About me

Introduction	We are a bunch of guys who got to know each other back in Epson's Scanner R&D division. A few good years were spent there together as a team, letting our creative juices flow and imaginations go wild. We played a major role in designing and developing the Epson Perfection series of photo scanners, most of which are world renowned, like the V500 and V700. Of them, we feel especially proud of the V500 - not only we created the world's first LED based flatbed scanner, but we spearheaded that idea and made it a success. Our dream now as piQx Imaging is to create the world's best book scanner for the masses. The market may be niche but the need is there and we know there isn't any good and affordable solution. Coupled with the fact that we're the best at what we do, who else is better suited to create such a solution if not us? And that's what we are doing.
