Introduction	Once upon a time, in a galaxy far far away, somewhere deep in the farmlands of the Midwest back in 1984, there was a child born in New Castle, IN. His name was Alan Lowell Hickman. He lived in Indiana until he was 11 years old. His family moved to Phoenix, AZ for his parents had become missionaries to a Native American boarding school. Alan (more commonly known as A-Trane or just simply Trane) is married an has now pitched his tent in the nautical nomadic Naval life but misses his old stomping grounds of San Diego, CA and Glendale, AZ.
