Introduction	I'm currently a Research Fellow with the ESRC funded Centre for Economic and Social Aspects of Genomics (Cesagen) at Cardiff University. As part of a team of four at Cesagen, in 2008 I authored the research monograph Human Cloning in the Media: From Science Fiction to Science Practice. My current research on Gender, Science and Representation includes a focus on embryological science and clinical embryology. My PhD, ReVisioning Feminist Futures (Warwick University 2003) extended research on feminist science fiction that I began with my Masters dissertation (Birkbeck College, University of London 1994).
