Introduction	My goal is very simple. I'd like to focus on the more positive things in my life. Sometimes I have a tendency to forget them and I'd like to refocus myself to something that has worked in the past...... my gratitude list. The goal is to find at least 5 things every day that you are grateful for. It doesn't need to be anything fantastic, just something that makes you feel a little smile during any part of the day. Of course, sometimes, I'm just going to write and write. :-\ And so it goes.........
