Introduction	Mr. Saxton received a M.A. in economics and finished his course work on his Ph.D. During his career he worked as a bank economist forecasting the economy. He later traded Treasury securities for a bank and then a money management firm. While at the money management firm, he also managed customer accounts in Futures markets. He was also an economic consultant. Currently Mr. Saxton teaches economics and math at area colleges. He has taught statistics and financial markets and institutions. In addition, he has an economic consulting business with student rates.
