| Introduction | Hey there! I'm Kayla, and I'm a hot mess. My husband Allen (AKA The Hubs) works for the railroad which means he is away from home every Mon-Fri and on occasion is gone for months at a time. We have two daughters (AKA "The Darlings") who, unfortunately have inherited the "Hot Mess" gene from their mother. In case I've lost you this means One Hot Mess (me) is left to raise two small Hot Messes (The Darlings) 90% of the time without help from The Level-Headed One (The Hubs). It's one interesting and chaotic life. |
