| Introduction | March 2010: I always think of life as a multifaceted journey. Life is a constant process of changing and growing and moving from the point we're at to another.
California is my past, Guam is my present, and my future is definitely indefinite. I was a child who grew into a young adult who's slowly but surely becoming a woman. I don't know where this path will lead, but I know that I'll get to where I'm going as long as I keep walking forward. Sometimes it feels like I'm wandering aimlessly, but I know that I'll never be lost. My life is in the Lord's hands, and there's no better place for it to be. I made this blog for my friends and family who want to know a little bit about the vicissitudes of my life while I'm in Guam. You can expect that I will post all kinds of nonsensical rants, book/music/movie recommendations, pictures, quotes, recipes, and various other trifling things that you'll question the significance of. | Interests | Hmmm...people, words, cultures, beauty in its many manifestations, playing music, baking, being in nature, being crafty, noticing things that go easily unnoticed, all things old-fashioned, photographing, turning activities into adventures, childish innocence and enthusiasm, writing, flying kites, color wonder art, correcting grammar, dancing with reckless abandon, coffee drinking, singing, conversing, making up my own words, being ridiculously random and goofy, laughing uncontrollably, marveling, observing, questioning, living for my Lord and savior, and so on, and so forth. |
