| Introduction | Natalie attended New York University Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies Education. During her student teaching in a middle school humanities inclusion classroom, she learned to work with students of varying abilities. This inspired her to earn her masters degree in Special Education. At Teachers College, Columbia University, Natalie earned a Master of Arts degree in Special Education with a focus in Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. She worked as a Teacher Assistant in an Early Intervention ABA/Verbal Behavior program throughout her graduate studies, and her passion for special education, autism, and ABA has grown steadily ever since. Now, at the same Early Intervention Center, Natalie is a Special Educator, Head Teacher, and Staff Trainer. Natalie firmly believes that this truly is the best job in the world. |
