Introduction	I was born in Denver Colorado and grew up in Arvada. We moved to Pueblo West in 2005 and have tried to get things to grow and be productive in southern Colorado. I have gardened on and off all my life. I would one day, like to live off grid and to supply my family and me with 75 to 85 % of all our food. I have been learning how to butcher, the first time was different, but I think I am getting the hang of it. I have ended up with some cuts you won't get in the grocery store. But its all been good.
