Introduction	Originally from New York City, Christine has lived in Florida for eight years. This is Christine's 7th year teaching at ACE. She lives with her husband, John, who is a photography professor at FSU, and their furry red dog, with a Polish name, Placzki, which means Potato Pancake. In the past twelve years, she has taught children and adults in Poland, Costa Rica, New York City, Gainesville, FL, and now Tallahassee. In addition to being a teacher, Christine is also a poet. She spends as much time as possible outside of the classroom writing, reading others' poetry and prose and submitting her work for publication.
