Introduction	I am a true foodie in every sense of the word. I have a fond appreciation for the small things in life, as I believe they can make the most lasting impressions on us. I tend to be driven by my senses, particularly my sense of smell and taste. I could spend hours smelling every piece of fruit in the market to find the most ripe crop, but my fiancé's pseudo patience with this practice has taught me to be more practical. My philosophy on food is that it should be accessible and approachable. There is nothing pretentious about my food, and some of the finest foods I've ever tasted have been presented in rustic, homey, traditional ways. I believe that anyone can learn if they have the desire. I believe that recipes are to be shared and enjoyed, especially since two cooks will take the same recipe and produce two completely different dishes. I believe that my passion for food is the driving force that pushes me to think outside the box, to be bold, creative and innovative. I believe that inside every person is an inner foodie waiting to burst out of them.
