| Introduction | I am a young woman living with a High Gluten Intolerance which has caused a lot of issues with my digestive system. I am not a coeliac but it makes me incredibly ill if I consume anything with Gluten in it. My main aim is to help other people who suffer with this to live a normal life where they can go out and eat with friends and family and enjoy special occasions without the fear that food will become an issue. |
