Introduction	My name is Devon Alec Healy. I am currently studying towards an Msc in International Development focusing on economic and social development in third world countries with a concentration in finance institutions. At the Development Bank of Mongolia in Ulaanbataar, Mongolia I worked on the financing side of large infrastructure projects including analyses of the national railway system, hydroelectric dam projects, and a government backed RMBS housing scheme. At Colgate University I earned a BA in History, with honours for my dissertation on strategic bombing and its effects on the German war economy during the Second World War.
