| Introduction | David Luciani is the President of Baseball Notebook, Inc. and his essays and articles have been published in hundreds of publications on baseball since 1991. Among his publishing credits other than Baseball Notebook, he continues to be an annual contributor to the book Rotisserie League Baseball, the official rule book for the most popular fantasy game. Luciani was also a contributing writer along with Bill James and others to the book "Baseball's Top 100 Individual Seasons of All Time" which was awarded The Sporting News/SABR award for notable insight and advancement of knowledge. He has been a regular contributor to John Benson's Baseball A-Z books and The Rotisserie Baseball Annual since 1991 and is also a former bi-weekly columnist for Major League Baseball. Luciani has a Bachelor of Arts from York University in Toronto and during his time there, he received multiple scholarships, including the Atkinson Student Association Award for Academic Excellence. |
