| Introduction | Hi, I’m Tina and I write things. Short stories mostly. Poems sometimes. A plethora of lists trying to organize the chaos of my mind. And occasionally I indulge my egocentricity with an article to spout my humble opinion. I daydream about writing screenplays, and juvenile novels, and creative travel non-fiction (the latter depends on if I’ll ever overcome the comfort of hermitage and go somewhere). I read things like Lord of the Rings, Percy Jackson, and everything by Kate DiCamillo and Ray Bradbury. When it comes to movies and TV, I basically watch everything. If you asked me what I write about, I would say my stories range from Science Fiction to Literary Realism. I like traditional and I like experimental, it’s anyone’s guess which one I’ll do next. I’m enthralled by the sky, the moon and stars, and the chiaroscuro of broken stained glass and humanity. My hope is that whatever I write, it will be a light to weaken the darkness. |
