Introduction	Rich and I moved to the San Francisco Bay area in March 2006 and decided to get back into cycling. This area offers some of the best cycling in the world and is home for many exceptional cyclists. We spent the first couple years building a strong base. In December 2007, we started training with two Russian cycling coaches at Five Rings Cycling. We share our cycling experiences with you on this blog.
Interests	MEA has a 2007 Orbea Orca road bike, a 2008 Orbea Ordu time trial bike and a 2008 Cervelo P3C track bike. RFA has a 2008 Cervelo R3 road bike, a 2008 Cervelo P2C time trial bike and a 2008 Pro-Carbon Planet X track bike. We also have a 2006 Santana Sovereign tandem.
