| Introduction | Hi. I'm Sarah. I've always loved experimenting in the kitchen, but I have no training or professional experience of any kind. Most of the recipes you will find here, with occasional exception, are not mine. So what's the point of this blog? Well, for starters, there are a ton of great recipes out there and this is a place to find a whole bunch of them in one spot - I've done the searching for you so you don't have to go to a billion different places (isn't that nice of me? :) ) The second reason is that often, recipes sound really complicated and can scare people off just because they look hard. I'm an average Joe - I don't have special kitchen tools and for years all I had was a hot plate and a toaster oven. You CAN make gourmet food with minimal things. This blog is proof of that. As an added bonus, everything here is Kosher! Enjoy! |
