| Introduction | It's NOT about me, but Him. I must decrease that Christ might increase. When my life is over here, I will be forgotten. But, Christ will continue to reign and minister to the needs of the people until the end of the age! Herein is Hope: therefore, fix your eyes on Jesus and take no other view! |
| Interests | Reaching the hearts of people with the tender love, mercies, and compassion of Christ: bringing to them a reality of God's Grace, Hope, and Power to improve their lives! |
| Favorite movies | Ben Hur Why watch it? It is a movie about human struggles of which we all deal with to one degree or another during the course of our lives. The importance is not the struggles themselves, but more importantly how we deal with those struggles; and what effects the decisions we make regarding those struggles have on our lives. We all have choices: we must choose wisely! |
| Favorite music | Most of the time we listen to: Songs 4 Worship We Love to spend much time worshiping and being in the Presence of the Lord! When we have work to do (cleaning, organizing, chores, etc.) we stay in an attitude of worship, but with more energetic mucsic by: Carman Praise with fun songs like "Jesus is the Light!" And when we really need to kick it up a notch, we like to listen to: PETRA 'Beyond Belief' Petra is a rare occaision for us though and is the ONLY 'rock' band we like BECAUSE of the strong message of the Gospel their lyrics have. IF you haven't heard Johnny Cash ULTIMATE GOSPEL - we highly recommend it. Again, the lyrics are very good. Gospel messages put to music. Some favorites of ours are: "And Jesus said" "Who was it everybody?" (It was Jesus Christ our Lord!) |
| Favorite books | The Bible. We have a love affair with the Word of God and firmly believe that it is impossible to Love the Lord without have an affectionate Love for His Word. WHY? Because Jesus is the Word of God, that became flesh, and dwelt among us. See John 1: 1-14 |
