Introduction	I am a 35 year mother of 4 young kids. About 9 months ago I recieved a devastating diagnosis..Rheumatoid Arthritis. Shortly after my diagnosis, things started going downhill really quickly. From then on, I was always in some sort of pain. Everytime I would return to my Rheumatologist, he would give me more meds and higher doses. Things got worse and I started researching anti-inflammatory and high inflammatory foods. 3 days after starting a strict anti inflammatory diet, I felt tremendously better! I hope this blog will help anyone who wants to help their body return to health!
